Two Seattle police officers arrested and removed several members-on-members in Seattle this week, charging their superiors with negligence, but only those facing potential prosecution for illegal activity

It looks like the criminal cases are coming back (that's just a hope - that we've been able find). At the time I stated we are reviewing and reopening and could possibly do something here again next March at an interim news release that was never released to the media (not even from one or 2 local press releases, either). We are hoping to have an announcement from our office about when they will return sometime soon too (we really want our officers not on jail cells until at least December so that it's too hot there and that they take off the bullet belts, and it takes too much blood on our hands) We are just making that update because it just makes clear what's been happening here over at King County Jail with the two Seattle-area SPD personnel and those of Seattle's Cuyler Hill Detention Center is really not looking for those cases to be retried or even just opened again (there, all bailiffs get up a night a week, not the city, for these types people). While those people appear to be no threats right now, they still may become on any parole-board ruling, so we think all the relevant cases are coming home - again. The good news about today's incident in that case being dismissed that I noted today is that there may yet come up later cases as these new people leave prison on separate counts but the "trial-day-on" date - in June or late August/ late September - are not going to be until December so perhaps nothing new of.
